So you have the right idea, but fight mounted elves and you will die. I recommend tossing in some Easterling Warriors with bows(at least eight). Best point value for what you will be using them for. In all honesty, I would sack Kamul, as I never liked ringwraiths. They have one attack at fight five, and only cost so much because of the will, which will deplete faster than an orc army attacking Boromir with a horn. Or skip the bows and take Amdur instead of Kamul and sack one pikeman. And give the chariot a bow, just to have some shooting, even while you charge. The defensive bulwark will help you. But overall good list.

Running a list without any archer can be risky as Cave Dragon said. If you come up against a model shooting army like Rivendell or Rohan or Harad and the scenario does not force them to stand and fight you will have really problems. Even with the cavalry of your own to catch them, your infantry will likely not be able to support in time and you will only get defeated in detail. That said, it is not a very likely match up and some people think the risk is negligible. I have done so in the past and done alright more often than poorly.
The only thing I might suggest is getting Khamul on a horse so he can both have a better line of sight over his infantry block but also to let him play more aggressively if you need him to. I would definitely keep him in there though.

I feel like Amdur might be more effective than Kamul though, more killing power.

He already has Amdur leading the cavalry. Khamul is not a combat powerhouse but his spells can stop up a troll or a mid to low tier hero and stop it from wrecking the phalanx.

S3 weapons will kill on a 6, S4 on a five. In short, Uruks and elves, as well as Citadel Guards and dwarves will all slaughter you. Don't rely too heavily on D6.

If you feel the easterling archers would die to quickly to be useful consider that def 5 and def 6 both need 6s to be wounded by strength 2 bows. I am not saying you have to bring archers but it is something to consider in future lists.
