Mauhur looks like a useful hero/captain to have. However, my budget for this month and probably January has already been sent to the North Pole to help Santa Claus supply gifts to our granchlidren. And I object to £10 for a single figure. Therefore I decided to see if I could convert spare figures to make at least a passable and recognisabe figure.
Image
I used an Uruk Hai sapper as the basic figure, lopped off his head a swopped on a head from a Mordor Orc swordsman after trimming the hair and sculpting on new pointed ears from the shavings. Then I added the top knot made from part of the handle of a spare handaxe (no idea where it came from) and the horsehair from a spare helmet. The cloak was in the bits box and probably came from some old warhammer figure. Finally a sword was placed in his left hand. The result is a passable representation I think. I realise that my one has a bit more armour than the original but i can live with that. Now to paint him.

Many thanks for the kind words. I may try a few other "named" characters. I have several surplus figures to try with.

Superb work, the flesh is subtle and the chipped armour is great.

Nice conversion. A little bit more work around the neck and it would be perfect!
