I've got another Shadow in the East battle report, this time Pursuit Through Ithilien, at http://davetownsend.org/Battles/LotR-20160727/.

Drop on by and see if Evil manages any better than they did at Amon Barad.

I am about 90% certain that those are Woodland scenics trees. Woodland Scenics is one of the original US manufacturers of model railroad scenery. They are available in deciduous and coniferous, each in various sizes. Simply chug on over to your favorite model train store or their website to see pictures, tutorials and to order goodies. They have all kinds of videos to watch; I for one am super inspired to make a winter board this Christmas break when I can go outside for inspiration!

Yep, those are Woodland Scenics trees. I glue them onto 1-1/2" Fender Washers to help them stay upright during play.

Nice report! I planned to play through this scenario as we were working through the source book but as usual distractions come up. I look forward to seeing how you get on

Thanks for the support. The commitment in terms of scenery and painting from the first two of scenarios to the third -- you need a fortress and a lot of Khand -- is fairly big. I'm about 3/4 of the way there.
