hi all !
i introduce myself, my name is Lorenzo , i'm 24 and i live in Florence (italy), to be honest there aren't many fans of lotr(warhammer/40000 yes too many) or hobby of miniatures , so i after many years finally i decided to enter in this forum to share my works on lotr and hobbit miniatures !

i'll post with a lot of calm the huge quantity of my miniatures , to summarize:
2 plastic , one of helm deep and another of black gate .
approximately +1000 miniatures ,recent count are about 1300-1400 , without new hobbit mini , and other old lotr mini that one day i'll finish....
all the armies , from gondor to mordor , from harad to rohan and soo on...
almost are painted , but i must admit ,there aren't all so beatiful ,because when i began tha game i prefer quantity to quality , while in recent year i prefer to do few but with good painting !

my first topic will be on mirkhood elfs , that i have converted and painted as the last film !!

I just bought TONS of miniatures from someone in Italy. Maybe there are more people there than you thought

Hello and welcome, Florence one of my favourite cities, had a wonderful holiday there a few years back, the architecture is amazing, went up the Cuploa and that was stunning.
I remember a small Games Workshop but i think it is closed now?

yes it was one shop near the rail station , now it tranfer in other part of the city .
there is also another "nerd" shop near the Duomo , where i spent a lot of my time painting !

Got to love "Nerd" shops, i feel at home in them! Have you ever played Assasins Creed 2 set in Florence? great game.
