Well 2015 is upon and with a new year comes a new army! A 300pt tournament was the perfect opportunity to get my hobby for 2015 started. All in all really happy with how it came out, only 1 model left (Boromir of Gondor on horse) This is themed around Faramir's flashback from the Two Towers where Denethor commands Boromir to head to Rivendell and acquire the ring of power

Looking to keep this theme throughout the year so will update as I go!

Hi,
Indeed, looks very nice.
Very solid paint job and nice "scenery" adders.
The only think, which I would do a different way will be holes in this small "army stand" to hide figures bases and make them at the same level as whole ground.
Final effect would be better thanks to such "trick", I think.

Wow these are fantastic. I love everything about the little diorama looking photo but my favorite thing is honestly that you actually used red on their capes. Thats a great choice. I am biased because red is my thing, but I love the look.

Liking those red capes also, they look very royal. Nice contrast to those veterans. Good job all around!

Cool stuff! I'm doing a similarly themed army myself.

Fantastic work. It's these small armies, full of character that I love most. Nicely displayed, really finishes it off well :)
