Great paint jobs! Love the look you both went for with the gobbos. Makes them look real sickly and vicious.
Also really liking how the palace guards with no visible eyes turned out, makes them look a lot better.
An like how the regal armoured dwarves turned out too. :)

I painted Ori from the Escape from Goblin Town set tonight. Really happy with him, haven't painted Hobbit minis for a while now since December, so it was nice to get back to them. What do you think? I'm going for the same scenic bases as I did my other EFGT dwarves so I'll do all the remaining dwarves bases together.

I'm looking forward to getting more Hobbit minis painted, my backlog is quite big now, just look at all the unpainted models! I also have the new White Council unbuilt too.

I think your non LoTR work is giving you the confidence to push highlights to almost pure white and the result is excellent.
Very impressed.

Thank you everyone! :)

I painted Kili tonight, I'm not as happy with the outcome compared to Ori, but I think it might be because the sculpt of Kili and the pose is not as nice. What do you think, any tips?

The respective areas are as clearly defined, look at the hair and face, they merge. You could say the same to a degree in other areas.
I think his right sleeve lacks definition.
This May result in a bit of work but I know you have better work in you.

Very nice! (I am seeing this on 27 inch LED monitor meaning the mini is about 6 inches tall (152mm in new money) on screen - looks good even at that size!
