Very nice! They definitely need the extra fur! I would eben add a little more around the nech area on some of them. Just to make them look a little bulkier...

These look fantastic, though I'm sure the "baldness" was just a easy way of representing very light fur.

Absolutely awesome stuff! Just "flicked" through all 35 pages of this thread (took me well over an hour I think) and I can easily say your stuff is ridiculously brilliant.

I had actually seen images of your stuff painted before but never traced the conversions back to this thread, and I always thought they looked really good. Now that I have seen all the WIP pics I appreciate and admire them even more. Some truly epic stuff.

My favourites have to be the Glorfindel and specter conversions (I really like lotr elven figures).

Would really love to get some figs commissioned off you one day, in the not too distant future!!

Those wargs are brilliant. So much improved in my opinion. Just briefly, how do you do fur like that? Are there any special tools you use or other tips you might have? Once again, fantastic work!

No special tools required. Just the tip of a fine pointed knife dragged across in S shaped movements. Thanks for the comments guys.

The Elk's antlers are only currently held in with blu-tac, but for the most part it's done. Here it is

First off, wow. Great job. I am happy to see that this finally happened. Two questions though. Why did you use green stuff instead of pro-create for (most) of this figure? And, how sturdy are the antlers? In my experience something of that size would not hold itself up well. Is there a wire armature under the antlers, and I assume you are pinning them quite deep into the head?

The Elk body is from a Wild Rider in the WHFB range. Chopped up and pieced back together with the legs straightened out.

Why Green stuff? I was doing it in my local GW. You can't model in store with stuff they don't sell. The antlers do indeed have a wire frame armature. It took several sessions to build them up, and yes indeed the wire ends do go down quite deeply into the drilled out head.
