I have been using the resin sets for 17 years. I collected it over time. The girls liked to play doll house with it too.
The new product is PVC. It is more than tough enough to let the kids keep in the toy box. That is something you could never do with the old resin. The unpainted is a bargain. Sadly shipping may ruin that for you in the UK.




The inn set standing in for the Prancing Pony. The Bar and Bartender is still available from Grendel. The serving girl was rereleased in Bones from Reaper. Frodo and Sam are Heritage figures based on the cartoon version of LOTR. Reproductions are hard to come by. The gambling and drinking figures are Long OOP Mithril.

I pledged for two sets and add ons. I purchased unpainted because that is a big part of the fun.

I wasn't complaining about the price, I found it very funny. The price is high (with shipping), so I'm still considering. Does look absolutely beautiful though.
