Hi, I. Just wondering if there's any Last Alliance scenarios that recreate the opening of The Fellowship of the Ring. I've had a quick look in the Internet, but couldn't find any. Does anyone know of any? Have any? Preferably online or in a PDF link, but I'd like to know if there's any in the sourcebooks. Thanks :-D

Isn't there one in BGiME? It'd probably be really outdated but I think there is.

The original one in the Fellowship box set (2001) didn't have Sauron as he wasn't released til 2002. If I recall it was 240 orcs I think! BGIME did a number of issues on it but I didn't buy those as I had the models already.

There is a scenario in the Mordor source book "The Slopes of Mount Doom"
500 points of good with Elendil, Isidur and Gil-glad
700 points of pure eveil with Sauron.

Like Hill Troll said the AUJ Hardback Rulebook contains all the major scenarios from the LOTR movies. I would post them but I'm not sure if that's allowed.

Yes the original Fellowship book has a few from that era including the big one.

It is basically: Elrond, Gil-galad, Isildur and Elendil (plus Elves and Men) vs a huge horde of orcs. I worked it out to be about 1400pts per side.

Not so much a scenario as just a huge battle :)

The Free Peoples sourcebook has one as well, although it isn't much of a special scenario (big evil army with Sauron vs the major Elven/Númenórean heroes with some troops; victory conditions simply to kill 75% of the enemy army or, for Good, to kill Sauron; has a special rule for Isildur if Elendil is killed).
I think the circumstances are interesting enough to warrant a more interesting scenario (in victory conditions, special rules, even deployment).
