Also, what happens if you order something that should take 24hrs to dispatch with soething that takes 4 wks to dispatch?

Do you have to wait 4 wks for everything, or do you get the 12hr ones first?

Thanks, LordElrond

I think you get the 12hr ones first.
But with a 4 week delivery time it means that it is out of stock.

It can also mean they currently casting a new batch. A mate ordered some dunlendings which were 4 week lead time and he picked them up yesterday.

And to answer your original question, you get everything at once. GW don't part ship.

When I ordered from GW I had an item on my purchase list that they did not have in stock, so they mailed me what they did have in stock and just disregarded the item not in stock. Not being able to afford another shipping fee, the item I wanted is now discontinued. Then I had planned my vacation around getting my package, only to find out it was shipped to someone else, and i got their order instead, wasting another 2 weeks of time, and sitting on my ass broke and bored all vacation.

They pretty much said tough luck about the troll I wanted. As for the order, I had to go to my local Fedex shipping, and send it to the original buyer, and he sent me my package. So another week long wait. I did get my order safe and sound just 2 weeks later than expected.

That just sounds like really bad luck. The only time's I've ever not gotten my package when I was told it would be there was because Fedex apparently won't leave the package if your front gate is closed. Even if you're waiting for them. they pull into the driveway and leave before I can get out. Stupid Fedex lol.

That is really bad from GW, I expected them to do more.
But perhaps it is faster the way you did it.
Sometimes the GW customer service is great, and sometimes it is abysmal.

I've panicked and ordered 4 things this week that said 4 week dispatch, yet they were all mailed the following day according to my emails.

It's more than likely the fault of the service provider than GW. If something was wrong with the product, then it would be GWs fault.

I always thought GW would pack their packages, label it and send them away. But the post isn't always reliable ;)
