I don't think these will be released till december. The pictures have been floating around for a while now. Mainly because they are in the big hobbit rulebook.

Is that another Kili holding his sword? He's the only archer in the entire movie, you'd think they'd sculpt one shooting his bow...

Interesting is, that the Bilbo shown in the second picture is the one that's gonna be released in august. It's kinda annoying to see hat all these minis already exist, the studio painting is done etc, but they release them so damn slowly...

I hope they'll release this company soon, the minis look absolutely incredible!

Personally really looking forward to getting the FC company, when the plastics came out i did a rush job painting them (being keen to get a game in with the new sculpts)so want to get these to do a quality paint job on.

If that's right, the Elrond could be the best to date.

And there's another one I got wrong. As I'm not buying new figures at present I am losing touch with what's out there.

I don't think many people bought the white council box to be honest haha

shame, the sculpts really are superb, the Galadriel is just amazing, IMHO
well worth getting if you want a set of figures to spend a lot of time painting.

Personally I would really like to see a plastic boxed set of Great Gundabad orcs or Wood Elves in heavy armour and Thranduil on Battle Moose! It would be interesting to see if Thorin's Company mounted on ponies ever make it into production.

I agree they are lovely looking models but I think they would have been better off releasing them individually as people see £45 for 4 models on the box and are just like woooow....

Saying that I am planning to pick them up in the future because the Gandalf model is probably my favourite version of him.

Well, my monthly hobby budget just went up a bit, so maybe these will be my first Hobbit figures! They are fabulous looking sculpts.

Hi Dags,

No Hobbit range miniatures yet! That is a surprise! Personally I found Goblin Town iresistable as an army to collect and paint. It has taken a fair bit of time though.

Don't remember seeing the upper Bilbo sculpt before, what page is it on? I've seen the others.

The upper Bilbo is from the efgt set, you can give him a sword or the stick. It's optional.

It's similar, but it's not the one.
