We have pictures!

I give you Dr Grant's frst ever GW picture scoop :D

As expected, Azog mounted is gorgeous, spot on IMO, the foot model is rather more lacklustre though, might improve whe we see some 360s.

Mounted Azog

Then we have the three young Dwarves, think they look pretty cool, it's Dwalin, Balin, Thorin in terms of quality for me:

Azog foot and mounted Finecast £25 (seems to be no option to give him his old arm)

Young Dwarves Finecast £12 each. Direct only.

Enjoy!

Nice find, I may have to get all of those. Young dwalin is definitely going in my erebor list.

Mounted Azog looks the best from a modellers point of view, lots of diorama options.

Azog looks awesome but how is he holding on to his Warg?

Fantastic work good Dr. They look brilliant sculpts, a must buy I must say.
Question, are all the Dwarfs being released in July or just the ones pictured?

Finally! He looks great. Hopefully they release a version of him with heavy armor in a future release.

@Harfoot - Just these guys this month, that elusive 'other' company from the rulebook still lies ahead. It's really very unlike modern GW to preview figures so far in advance and then not release them, after all, we've had clear pictures of them for 7 months now. I'm starting to wonder if they're holding back that set for the Desolation of Smaug, possibly to be released alongside a new starter set that doesn't have the company inside (elves v Spiders/orcs maybe?)

Really loving these figures though, I've warmed to Thorin already and might actually get him for my standard Thorin, he doesn't look particularly different to how he appears in the movie and it's a much better pose (I found the plastic Thorin one of the weakest sculpts in the company).

Great scoop. I was surprised that there was no White Warg separate from Azog? They are great sculpts but I feel that £61.00 for five miniatures is just too much money!

@Dr Grant, agree with you, strange not have released Thorins Co, from the rule book yet and then have new sculpts never seen before, i hope it is not a case of molding problems like some of the old figures (Wood Elf Banner Nearer for example) and we never see a release????

Love these new figures, will be ordering as soon as. Azog will be straight on the painting table.

really liking these models, Azog is by far the most awaited miniature and those dwarves are def gonna fit in nicely with a fully armored force from Erebor. and that theyre released in my bday month makes it all the sweeter :-D

Yes, it does look like a larger base, but it it a very large Warg after all!
I really like the look of these new minis!

Ah, its from the new WD! Great finds! I guess my sword wielding Azog conversion was a bit of a long shot from the official model :P

Azog on foot looks to be on a 40mm cavalry base compared to the Grimhammer Dwarf next to him. Massive model.

Must. Have. Now.
