Hello,

a month ago I got back to the hobby, so I decided to make a painting station.
Here's some drawings and toughs, it might help someone. Hope it does help in any way :)

Here's a 3D picture and a sketch of parts (and how they should be cut).

Here's a file from SketchUp 8 if someone needs:
http://www.sendspace.com/file/fbpor3

First of all I was thinking what materials should I use. I decided to go with 0.5cm thick plywood. Since I couldn't find that thickness I bought 1.2cm, and it changed my plans a bit. After that I sketched up all the parts on wood and double checked measurements :)
Then I was about to cut the pieces, for that I used hand saw and for round parts drilling machine with add on for larger holes. Something like this http://drill-bit-sets-tools.blogspot.com/2012/12/70mm-sharp-blade-hinge-boring-drill-bit.html :)

After cutting all visible parts could be sanded with sanding paper. I did it because I wanted to get nice round edges.

All the parts were connected with regular PVA glue and left over night to tighten.

Hope this will help someone with future projects :)
I will post some pictures (with painted station and some changes I made during making process).

Cheers 8)

P.S. sorry for measurements in "cm" :)

Thank you :)

Will have pictures tomorrow it's getting dry right now :) I've changed it a bit, but it is very similar.

No, not going to sell :) Since I'm only one doing this hobby in my country :) (or I think so)
