Hi,
I've preordered thror and will be picking him up tomorrow and am eager to start painting him. Problem is I can't find many images to use for reference other than the gw paint job which isn't that great.

Just wondered if anyone had any idea where I could find some decent images?

You could always just download a dvdrip from a torrent site, and watch his scenes over an over. I did that to paint some of Thorin's company! ;)

@Meatboy: If you download stuff that hardly is legal to download NEVER EVER download it via torrents! Because via torrents you upload it to other torrent users, which makes the whole thing even worse for you if they they catch you...

anyway, back to the actual topic: once more I only really can recommend the Weta art book! (Hobbit: AUJ - Art & Design)
