I have picked up some second hand uruks onthe cheap that have broken/missing pikes. I have picked up some copper lengths for the poles but I'm not sure how to replace the heads.

Any ideas? I think i can source some old skeleton warrior spears but I'm not sure how they would look.

Greenstuff would probably be easiest.

Not particularly hard either, you can copy the design off the current pikes and fashion a suitable pike head, methinks. Might take some time, but I feel like it'd be easier and involve much less hassle than trying to find parts which match the pikes in looks.

Either Green Stuff as cryonicleech said, or, how I'd do it.. try to cut them out of leftover sprues. It's really up to you how to do that. Maybe modelling some pike heads might be easier though, than cutting out.

Could try empty plastic milk bottles, the "soft" plastic, should be easier to sculpt the shape of the pike head.
