Does anyone know if it is possible to reuse green stuff and make it soft again?

You cannot. The two components combine together and create a chemical reaction that is irreversible.

As the guys above me said, you cannot reverse it.
Note that you can however delay the drying process (both before mixing and after mixing). If you keep the GS in the freezer, it will take a lot longer to dry out (if unmixed) or harden out (if mixed).

playing with the ratio a bit also changes how long it is workable for, but it also changes how it handles so test it before you commit it to anything to serious.

You have to have two projects on the go at the same time. So, you make up some GS, sculpt the project you're interested in, then use what's left over on another one that doesn't require so much care and attention, like a rocky scenery piece, some fancy bases, shell craters, rubble, ents etc.

I've also made stamps with shield patterns I like, moulded from an original I made/converted. If I've got a little GS left over (I use Milliput but imagine the principle is the same) I can roll it out and stamp out 3-4 shields, which are either useful for conversions or just for use as scenic extras on bases or elsewhere.

The shield press idea is really good. I usually have just used any extra GS on some bases to add some texture.

@Fëanor-How long will the drying process slow if i put in the freezer?
I usually do to projects at the same time though waste of gs! Got some really nice warg riders done with gs today, 2 headswaps and 6 modelled legs

I don't know a precise time, but usually, GS is unworkable in 1.5 - 3 hours (depending on how fresh it is, and the ratio used). If you put it in the freezer, it's supposed to stay workable for some 5 hours or a little more. I would advice you to try it yourself before doing a serious project, though, just to make sure.
