Seems like a small bug in the shipping system, tracking info shows it is out for delivery today though

Fixed! I now have to manually check a box each time I dispatch something to make sure everyone gets an email (previously thought this was automatic!) my mistake =P

My brother saw some heroes of Rohan and know wants to buy the "Kingdoms of Men" sourcebook. Since you are my default choice I'll be buying it from your store. I wanted to ask though, if there is any coupon in effect right now?

Thanks all for keeping me updated about your orders arriving, comforting to know!

At the moment we have "XMASDRAGON" which gets you a free gift with every order, I've got plenty of minis as gifts as well and bit from The Hobbit range (Goblins and rulers etc). There is also one for 10% off the painting service but thats it for now until January where I think there is a 3 for £20 deal going up and a possible extra 5% off on Hobbit for a weekend.

Not all good news sadly, as Hermes damaged two shipments. I have raised a complaint with them, BBC Watchdog and a trading standards as the damage appears deliberate. In an effort to provide my customers with greater service I will not be using Hermes courier henceforth and have started to negotiate a deal with either UPS or TNT Worldwide Couriers.

I got a moria goblin and a wood elf (I believe). It was great to open up the packet and think 'ooh what do I have here then?'. Thanks very much. Amazon would never think of doing something like that! It really sets you apart from any other retailer or ebay seller I've ordered from! Brilliant.

Also, I was one of those who ordered from Hermes, and they did at least one delivery safely!
