Hopefully that's not the only version of old Radagast they do. In fairness though, he's been missing from my collection for 8 years now. If I "needed" him I probably would've gotten him by now.

Hehe :P what are you in need of, good sir? And where are you located? Just in case that IS the only Raddy that will be available to us, it doesn't hurt to offload a couple unused models for "Radagast Classic" :-D

I was mostly joking because I am of the "Pokemon" mentality that I must get them all :-X . I have a trade thread if you care to peruse--I'm in the midwest of the United States.

Hopefully they'll have new rules for him.

That Radagast figure looks pretty good to me!
I hope that Thorin's company will be sold as one box, like the fellowship of the ring box. I don't want to buy a lot of smaller boxes to get the company, and the fellowship of the ring box is relatively cheap in comparison with buying figures separately.

usually GW give buyers a week of "pre ordering" before they release the model. My guess is that they'll do the same with The Hobbit releases.

But then I wonder.. will the actually sell the hobbit models on 3 nov? or will we be able to "pre order" on 3 nov?

If what I hope is true we can all pre order next saturday! muhaha
I read this phrase some where else on this forum but I guess it's in order to place it again...

Remember, remember the third of November.

any and all new releases will be availible to pre-order when the new WD is published. So preorder 27th, release 3rd nov.

Part of me is very excited, the other loves Lotr and is worried there will be a whole new system pushing Lotr out off the window...

Let's hope it's all compatable!

Well if that is the case we'll just have to work out our own SBG rules here to incorporate new miniatures into existing rules. Might make a nice community project?!?

Looks like Saturday will be all about Warhammer Chaos, looking at the new video posted on White Dwarf daily.

Does that mean no Hobbit?

I was wondering the same thing! When I saw a new video teaser was posted, I assumed it was going to be Hobbit. Clearly it is not.

Some other releases lined up for Sat 3rd Nov, Hobbit presumably delayed then. Would make sense to release it December along with the film... Wonder what went into this decision..?

White Dwarfs will be with us in 2-3 days, I expect there will be no Hobbit info so the info I have is for December

EDIT: Removed a certain word to protect thyself from the wrath of Non-Disclosure Gods.

Really strange, if Hobbit material releases in 5 days they would at least post some teasers about that right?...

^Maybe they don't want the models to be criticized early by the web communities! Lol, I doubt it.

I actually can't imagine they would release before the film. PJ and NewLine will want the movie to be a surprise. I don't expect much in the way of LotR releases until 2013.

My gut feeling is it has been pushed to the 24th at the very least, or they could be keeping it under-hat and releasing info next Monday about it (last minute announcement) which will severely annoy a lot of people who then have to reschedule their weeks! =P
