Sorry about my lack of photography skill as well. If I have done something wrong in the way I posted the images as to violate The One Ring's site policy, please let me know and I will correct my mistakes as soon as I am able to. Thanks.

Thank you for all the compliments.
1. Rohan houses are made using parts of plans from an awesome terrain maker. Thanks Dagorlad!
2. Cave Troll (60mm) and WWII (25mm) bases are from Micro Art. All I had to do was paint. The bases themselves are very nice.
3. Playing on road. Yes, it is fun, but dangerous. The roads are from JR Miniatures. My attempts at making flexible roads were disasterous so I ended up purchasing these in the end.

Any more sneak previews of Bolt Action rules Dagorlad?

More sneak peeks? Ok.

Difficult or rough terrain is handled a little differently to any other game I've played. All infantry can move 6" over every type of terrain except "impassible" but they cannot run (double movement rate) over rough ground or obstacles. Vehicles are handled in a similar way, but with more restrictions and one advantage - they can double their normal movement rate over clear roads, so they could move 4x their normal movement rate if performing a run order along the length of a road. That's pretty far!

Consider this: a M1 Garand rifle has a max range (in the game) of 24" and a kubelwagwen (German jeep) has a normal movement rate of 12". If that jeep was on a road, it could run over a soldier that was 48" away before he had a chance to lift his rifle. The run order doubles the movement rate (to 24") and the road doubles it again to 48" - so long as there is one curve in the road at most.

Hmm.

I've posted a question on the Warlord forums, so hopefully Alessio or Rick (my mates, we're like this:  ) will answer.

Playing on roads will definitely be lethal in Bolt Action if a jeep can travel that quickly in 1 move. What size is the recommended or standard game table for Bolt Action?

The scenery isn't mine guys, it's Callan's, so all credit goes to him.

The table size isn't defined because they don't define the size of minis, you can play with 15mm through to 54mm figures if you want, although Warlord sell an extensive range of 28mm figures and vehicles so I expect that's the scale they're aiming for.
