Loving the work on those shields too. That's the thing with orcs. you have to make each one a little unique in some way...

Ty all :-) freehand was quite easy on those flat shields.
Ok now i have something that might have been long forgotten by some of you :-)
I finally fixed it up. It took me quite a while to get new greenstuff. Glad there is not much of the damage visible. - u might be able to C that i fixed up the tail that had been broken.

I am going to add more veins with paint. Also will try to make accents on the muscles - caus they aren't really done well.

Ye it still needs a basecoat - but i can't apply it yet - the greenstuff needs to dry out first
Started up another sculpting project only made a basic armature so far - i really find it hard to make a decent armature - but i guess i will C how it evolves when sculpting

this catches about the right pose already for my new sculpting project. Still needs improvement here and there but it makes a good base to work on already

It'll become a barrow wight, correct? It has to be! Look at this picture: http://www.juhanartwork.com/project/lotr/03.html
It's the same pose!

Those Orcs look fantastic garmenhord - I like that you managed to use brighter colours on them without making them look over the top 8) Also can't wait to see the Dragon painted :)
