As the two champions met on the battle field, Boromir felt the need to win Priority and started to move across the two foot board with speed. Spending one of his six titanic might for a heroic move, so he would cut nedown on the shots that Aragorn could get at him with his bow. Aragorn stood his ground and with careful aim, let loose an arrow that hit Boromir, much like when Lurtz hit him in the movie, The arrow was true and cause a wound on the roll of a six.

Sense true danger from the Bow, Boromir attempted to win Priority but failed with a 5-2 roll, Aragorn stood tall and waited for his shot. Boromir moved his six inch but was out of charge range. The Second arrow missed wildly. Boromir managed to win the next priority 4-6 and he charged the king of gondor. Both of the champions rolled off and neither could hit each other, it went like that for four rounds. But in the fifth round, Aragorn used his free might and a single point of might to cause two wounds to Boromir dropping the Captain of Gondor.

Picts to come

how does having priority help you not get shot?

I was having him use heroic moves to get across the field as fast as he could to avoid mutliple rounds of Aragorn shooting the bow at him

But it wouldn't help him move faster. Only in WotR does it let you move faster. So you pretty much wasted 1 point of precious might.

the only way it could possibly help you is if there was a lot of terrain and you could duck into cover, did you use the fellowship version of Boromir or the captain of gondor?

But if there was terrain, you would want him to mave SECOND so that you can see where Aragorn is going to shoot from, thus letting you choose the right place to avoid being shot.
