I am certainly not the best with Goblins, and I agree with whafrog on specifics. A Moria army can vary. You can just use normal Gobling wich cheap heroes for a massive swarm.Or there are a few vaguely useable monsters and creatures you may want to use, or there are the two core elites Blackshields and Prowlers, or you could mix between two or three different ways of building the army. And your army constructions depend upon which tactics you want to use. Prowlers use a Rohirrim/Corsai way, Blackshields morannon Orcs, normal hordes swarm, the monsters alll dodifferent roles.
