1. bog sludge and the tears of orphans
2. paint it into small gaps with a brush! also those bubbles you get on finecast minis 90% of the time
3. depends how thick you use it, but it's touch-dry in about 5mins and can be abraded etc after 20 or so.
4. advantages: you use it straight out of the pot, saving you having to mix up a batch of GS just for gap filling, plus it's conveniently viscous and dries quickly
4. disadvantages: not as durable as regular GS, and it's exclusively for smoothing and gap-filling, you can't sculpt with it
So yeah, it's a shortcut to greenstuffing gaps and bubbles, basically.
