Finished painting my Shaman (his base is almost done but I don't think I'll have another chance to take good pictures before the deadline) - I just applied a base-coat over the chipped areas. He fits in perfectly with my Warg Riders and Orcs now :-D

I totally forgot about that! You have given me hope back. Our family took serious illness in mid-Nov for about 10 days followed by a 2600 mile round trip 7-day crash visit to family for Thanksgiving and returning to two 17 hour days here at work. I didn't think I was going to have a chance in heck of getting my entry finished up tonight and forgot about the extra couple days this month. Still not sure how the next few days will go but it's better than no chance...

Well, I finished him off. Didn't get a chance to get good pics during the day so they look a bit darker than I'd like. When I try taking pics with the flash the colors look way unnatural but without it much of the detail is lost. I'll get some new pics soon and put them up on my site for anyone interested. But it wasn't intended to be a contest winner anyway. Just a pleasure participating with you all.

I'm playing him as Druzhag the Beastcaller. The Warg and Spider cape themes help him stand out among the rest of the force and he fits in thematically and visually well with my Dol Guldar army. I think his magic and beast summoning abilities will help support my force well on the table.

Beowulf, if you get better pictures RC can probably put them into the voting thread instead of these ones.....They are dark, but from what I can see it looks good.

I know I am a bit late, but it was more a photo issue, but I understand if this does not count. Here is my entry nonetheless:

and an excellent entry at that ......... Really good use of colour on the wargs head and feet!!! :yay:

@Beowulf - I think the pictures are fine.. the mini itself has a really dark feel to it, I don't think its the picture thats particularly dark. Really interesting conversion! :yay:
