I voted Saruman. Sadly, I've already painted him, but since I don't have any models for this round, I'm going for him. :)

I voted for the shaman as I just finished painting Saruman not two days ago.
Painting Saruman isn't that hard either. I followed the paint guide in the TT Journeybook and he turned out wonderful.

Well apparently the orc shaman will win :(

I hope at least that there are other options minis in comparison with the orc shaman: s as with the glorfinden, it was possible to paint other minis in the same category

I'm sure there will be other options available to paint for the challenge. Red Corsairs usually puts a list up of what is eligible. :)

You know there will be alternate selections available for the shaman...I voted for it and just realized that I only have a goblin shaman. :)

GothmogtheWerewolf if it were allowed to use as an alternative an orc warrior, would be easier to participate, only missing a few more days to know

And the Orc Shaman wins, shame I started painting mine a while back :(.

Other elligible entries will be Orc Captains, Orc Warriors (to match the Orc theme) and Uruk-Hai/Goblin Shamans (to match the Shaman theme). A final list will be posted on November 1st with all elligible entries in order of preference. Until then if you are unsure of what will be elligible and what will not feel free to ask me and I will be happy to give you a simple yes or no answer.

I have an converted Orc Shaman somewhere which needs painting. Would it be possible to enter Easterling War Priests, as they are Shamans of sorts?

@Red Corsairs. If I bought the rest of the components in the next week or so, could I enter a converted Orc War Lord in Chariot for my Orc Shaman entry?

@Chris GOM - Sure thing, other shamans will be on the list of alternative minis for the November challenge. Plus, the more entrants, the better the challenge :)

@Gothmog - As above, the more entrants the merrier and creativity is all part of the fun, so sure go ahead. Sounds interesting 8)

I have a conversion that I've been planning for a couple years for an Orc Shaman (which can now also be leveraged for some of the newer WotR Epics). I have some "away time" in late November and not sure how much progress I'll make between now and then, but I think I'll use this as a catalyst to get started on this model.
