Thanks to all who've replied. Lothlorien Elves and spears etc have gone and we have most of what we need. All we have left to trade is the mini Rulebook and a few orc archers.

Country: UK (London)

We would like:
Uruk Hai pikemen, broken pike is fine. (Only need 2 or 3).
Wood elves (spears)
Gandalf on foot, grey or white
Er, we'd also be interested in any Tyranids. I think they pop up in an unpublished Tolkien story.

I have:

3 x Mordor Orc archers, unpainted.
LOTR Mini rulebook (from Mines of Moria, very handy for packing in yer model case).

Might have more items coming soon.

Edit: I'm ok for elves now, thanks!

I have some Uruks, the ones without Shield or Bow, if you are interested.

Fair enough, if you want them then you are welcome to trade them for something.

Need the Archers and Shields myself.

I've got plenty of Warrior of Minas Tirith "corpses", and maybe some broken Uruk-hai as well.

I'm interested in your spears, how many have you got? Do you think they'd be suitable to convert a plastic Numenorean into a spearman? I'm also interested in the crossbows.

We have perhaps 20 spears we can trade... they're 40mm long with spear tips, you can cut them down to your required length. I assume they'd work for Numenoreans, as that's what we plan to convert some Orcs with. THey're a fair bit thinner than plastic spears, of course, so it should be easier to drill through the figure's hand in order to fit them.
WE would also have up to 8 or 10 crossbows we could trade.
We'll add some photos of the wood archers soon.

WE need a max of two corpses I guess, in case I mess up on the first one.

We're easy as to trading - I guess we'd hope for two or three plastics in return for a good metal elf figure, and a few spear/crossbow bits in exchange for a plastic figure...

PM replied to.

The two Lothlorien archers are venturing to pastures new.

Would still be interested in one or two pike-bearing Uruks, and any surplus or damaged WoMT or Orcs that we can convert to spearmen.

Can offer some broken and otherwise useless to me Uruks in exchange for the mini rule book, how many do you think would be a fair trade?
