So about two weeks ago I bought a Finecast Sulladan. I finally got around to putting him together this weekend and noticed that the standing model was missing his left hand. I thought no big deal since GW is at least known for their customer relations, I went into the store to pick up the missing arm. Explained to the store manager he went and got a blister off the shelf cut it open. Same problem, no left hand. So he took the next one off the shelf . . . same problem. Both of us confused he finally told me to call the corporate customer service number in order to see if they have a fix for it. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about the Finecast Sulladan.

Hmm... I must remember about this promblem as I may buy Suladan in the future...

Wonder if they have second hand shops in Middle Earth (sorry its not funny really - i'd be well annoyed!)

I've got the answer ...... Buy metals from weyland,mealstrom and ditch rough cast

I'm in the US, maelstrom won't sell to out of EU. I try to buy metal on ebay, this is the second finecast I got. I called Customer Service today, they told me I can expect to get an arm in the mail in 5 or 6 days. Has to be a batch problem though with every one in the story having an issue.

wow, i have not yet bought any finecasts but was going to buy one to see about the 'legendary new levels of detail' or whatever. but this has made me think again, having a model with no arm then having to wait for another arm in the post. i do hope games workshop stop this problem very quickly.

So GW set me a whole new blister of Suladan. And luckily this blister had the left hand. But that also means I have an extra mounted Suladan if anyone is interested in trading to check out a finecast model. PM me or respond if you're looking for a trade.
