We played an 1000 points game.
There were six players:
1. Shyel -Fallen Realms
2. Zagor -Isengard
3. Bastion -Mordor, yes, thats me :)
4. Emerald -Elven Kingdoms
5. Kyky -Gondor
6. Sgrulez -Rohan

I really enjoyed the games.
First I my enemy were the Elfs. There was Thandruil, he was very strong, He destroyed my Black Guards easily. We played High Ground, I lost this game.
In the Second game I played with Rohan. We had to collect treasures, I got 2, Rohan get 3 crytals.
My last game was played with Gondor. Gothmog worked very well, I killed Radagast and a Gondorian captain with him. His epic defense was also very effective.

If you have any question, just tell me.

Veyr well taken pcitures and nice armies...
Two questions:
1) Can you write army lists(Anything you remember...) or at least yours?
2) What were the places you all came too?

We played in a small game club in the middle of Budapest.
I can tell you my army list, I wrote my first WIP about it: http://www.one-ring.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=21667

Shyel's:
2 company Half-troll with Amdur and a Ringwraith (Betrayer)
1 War Mumak
2x2 company Haradrim with bows
3 company Easterling with captain

I asked the others about their army list, I will post those as soon as I get them.

Yes, we played 3 round, we counted the scores for missions, and than we counted the loss of our army. You can read the rank above: Shyel, Zagor, and I am the third.

Even though you didn't do best, I think your army is the nicest to look at. :)

Hi! I was the Rohan player, but as the organizer I took the last place automatically. :)
I didn't want to take the credit from the others.

My army was the following:
Theoden
Eomer
5x Rider of Rohan + banner
5x Rider of Rohan + banner
4x Oathsworn Militia + banner + captain
4x Oathsworn Militia + banner + captain
2x Oathsworn Bowmen
2x Oathsworn Bowmen

My 1st battle was against Shyel's Fallen Realms army.
We played about 5 turns because time ran out. I managed to kill everything except the Mumak, and I took the high ground in the last second with a lucky roll of six. I lost one Rider formation + 3 company Riders, Eomer, one Militia formation and one company Bowmen.

My 2nd battle was against Bastion's Mordor Boyz.
We played about 4 or 5 turns again because the lack of time. He played safe as he could grab three of the prizes early, but fortunately in the last turn I could beat Gothmog's Morannon Warband with a charge in the side with Theoden. So at the end I had three prizes and Bastion had two. Bastion lost Gothmog and his formation of Morannon Orcs, the Warg riders, and 4 or 5 company of Mordor orcs. I lost 3 company Riders and 4 company Militia.

My 3rd battle was against Zagor's Isengard Army (which is mine but I borrowed it to him :)).
Zagor made a big mistake, he left his left flank completely unguarded. So my cavalry could easily destroy his crossbow and archer formations, and then get into the side of the heavily armored Uruk-hai. And of course Zagor's rolls of 1 for magic in critical moments was also very helpful to me. We played 5 turns and Zagor lost the crossbow formation, the archers, one Uruk-hai formation + 2 company Uruk-hai, the berzerkers, the Ringwraith and Thyrdan. I lost 2 company Riders and 2 company Militia.

I won every match but in the second game I couldn't get all the prizes, which let Zagor and Shyel (who could) race for the first place. If I were in the rankings, then I would have been on the third place.

At first I thought that Eomer was the best Rohan epic hero. But as I started to use Theoden, I saw Eomer runs out of might very quickly compared to the king. Eomer is a one shot wonder, you have to use it wisely not to waste his talents. Theoden is better against common enemies, but with it's free epic charge, he is much more usable on the long term. Anyway I tend to throw Eomer into the fray and do as much damage as possibe. In the mean time I use Theoden more carefully, to let him strike at the flank or rear.
Maybe this is the reason why Theoden survived.

Nowadays there was a small LOTR event in Budapest. My fellows showed the game for other newcomers. They could try armies, and SBG or WOTR also. I hope when I go back to Hungary, there will be 4-5 new opponents. As I heard, dwarves and elfs are very popular between the beginners.

It is very useful to do sometime an event liket this, cause then the gamers number could rise. The LOTR isnt so popular like WH, so we need to do some campaign. Otherwise it is always good to meet with others.

Some pics about the event:
