I think GW created a lot of confusion when they lumped all the pole arms together as spears but it made the rules simpler too. There is no difference in game terms between a trident and a bill or a spear.I think most of the orc spear men are equipped with pole arms that should count as spears.

You forgot the old metal orcs who are armed with pole arms with points perpendicular to the weapon shaft.
There are exceptions to every definition I could think of too.
This is the best I could come up with for
orc two handed weapons.
If the orc is holding the weapon like a baseball bat it probably should count as a two handed weapon.
Orcs with weapons with a point that is perpendicular to the weapon shaft if held in the over hand position count as 2H weapons. I believe there is a orc hero with a two handed mace as well.
Making the rules simple sure does cause confusion.

Fortunately, I hadn't converted too many yet, because I was busy with school back then. Unfortunately, I haven't done much of anything with most of my orcs since, so I've got an entire horde that hasn't been painted or anything.
