Hi Highlordell,

I run Blue Boar Games, we are a very new store, so you might not find to many people who have used us yet! Though I am happy to answer any questions you have

Well it can't be worser that War games empire.
I ordered a couple of times from WGE, but never received my stuff.
As for me, I'm not really the trusty type for new websites, but if I hear good story's I'll buy some mini's from Blue Boar.

Yeah I have heard that Wargames Empire was having some problems. There was quiet alot of negative feedback on warseer, it is a real shame because it can give the rest of us a bad name too.

Well, they were here when I got back.

Time Taken: 16 days (12 working days)
Condition: Perfect
Postage: Order was over £50 so I recieved free postage.
Other: Got a free set of Manitc Games' Ghouls with my purchase.

Overall: I would reccomend Blue Boar Games as they offer excellent value for money with some great offers, but if you are in too much of a rush I am afraid to say I would look elsewhere.

Other: I recieved a free sprue of Mantic Games' Ghouls as a promotional offer.

Overall: I would recommend Blue Boar Games because there prices are some of the cheapest around and they have some great offers on. But if you are in a hurry for your miniatures to arrive then I would unfortunately recommend you look elsewhere.

First off let me say sorry for the length of time it took for you to get your order.

Could you pm me your order details so I can take a look at why it took so long to process your order.

To be frank we are aiming at giving great value for money, adding in freebies where we can and freepost offers too.

Though I would also like us to give a great level of customer service and I think we could do better on two counts here, the first being communication, we should have been in touch if there was a problem with your order. Next 16 days is far too long to wait. This is not the standards we are aiming for.

So it might help me understand how to improve things if you could email or PM me the details of your order.

I am really sorry to disappoint but both of them product are now out of stock and have been removed from the GW order pad so we are unable to restock them.
