I really like him, especially the red robes. :yay:
There are two small things you might want to improve.
First of all the sword looks a bit weird but it might be a poor sculpting job.
And the stone on which he is standing looks like it is recently placed there, you might want to add a bit of sand around the edges. 8)

He looks very good. The red is excellent. I'm not quite sure what the brown line on the white part of the cloak is but it is supposed to be where the fold is there needs to be more of a transition from brown to white. Apart from that and what aqan said you've done a great job on him.

I don't think it's a conversion, he just included the picture of Elendil to compare the closeness of the paint schemes. I like the paint scheme though, great work. My only qualm is that yes, the rock does look a little 'new'. :)

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio...
Awesome job on this mini! :)
I agree with aqan...add some sand at the bottom of the stone to make it look more like it has been laying there for a while.

I like the troll a lot, although the spikes on the axe look a bit odd - the specters are incredible. The half green color scheme is effective.

Great work on the spectres. Apart from the numenorean's eye they look great. You've done a really good job with the half and half. I really like the red clothing on the orc, great colour and highlights.
