Excellent article. I feel like digging up my Bilbo model now and paint it... 8)

A video tutorial, certainly is a new concept for OR. I really liked the guide, I hope to see more of these articles from you. 8)

That was very, very interesting - just as well there is a pause button as there are so many steps involved. The diorama of the door to Bag-End is fantastic.

10/10!

Lovely diorama, as well as a great painted mini...
I also like the concept of a video tutorial. It certainly is a different way to approach an article, and you executed it marvelously :)

10/10 8)

Edit: I think the voting button decided to take a vacation! :P Alan or Brian, would you please mind fetching it so I can stay true to my vote above? Thanks :)

Great article!

It was a change seeing an article in video-form :)

I love it! Excellent article! 8)
So different to what we're used to, but so easy for not having to read so much (yeah yeah, I'm lazy...)

The weirdest thing to me is, sometimes the angle shows it like I'm painting it myself... but... I'm a lefty (!!) so I felt completely lost seeing myself painting with my right hand! heh...
Could you make a left-handed-video aswell? :P

I know... :E

Great video ;) 8)

Either you have an extraordinary big thumb or Mr. Baggins is a single-celled organism… :? Thanks to this video I’ve seen a miniatures painter “in action” for the first time in my life. Very, very impressive! Again, it makes me realize that the scale I use to work with is much more comfortable. So, Shariff, thanks for the opportunity. It is an eye-opener for sure!

I love the flush on Bilbo’s face: it’s clear that he had a sip from a bottle of the Old Winyard just before the picture was taken. “1296. Very good year!”
And yes, my compliments for the Bag End diorama as well (maybe a “Making Of…” in the future?).
