I was thinking about getting some Dark Sword Miniatures but not sure if they would be compatible with Games Workshop Miniatures.
I was going to get these.

I'm not sure...I think they tend toward 28-30mm, so they would be just a bit taller than GW's rangers. However, I am really tempted by the 1st two models...they look great! :)

All of the Tom Meier GRR Martin line of minis should be compatable with LoTR, not so sure about the non GRRM lines though. There's quite a bit of difference in sizes even among the GW stuff though, so as long as its a MM or two difference they should fit.

Yep, they are beeeautiful sculpts. I thoroughly reccomend them. Mance Rayder and Rattleshirt are also some great minis.

Thanks for posting the pic Hallpers.

I'm a huge fan of the Jon Snow mini, fit in great with Rangers of the North or Faramir's folks. I'd be highly tempted to grab the Ser Loras one as well, on the virtue of the incredible detail...of course the full plate doesn't quite fit in with ME.
