Early next month, myself and a few like-minded zealots will be hosting
a large LOTR SBG event at the University of Bradford. The main table
will be the battle for the Pelennor Fields, with a rather large model
of Minas Tirith along one edge being assailed by assorted hordes of
Mordor. Prior to this battle starting, however, four separate and
simultaneous games will take place - Rohan pressing through a defended
Stonewain Valley; the Grey Company aiding the defenders of Pelargir
and striving to capture the Corsair ships; Cair Andros under attack to
allow the Harad swarm to pass through and the Causeway Forts under
attack from Mordor, to permit passage of the siege train. The results
of the minor battles will determine the set-up for the main one - when
will Rohan arrive? Will the Heroes be at full strength? Can the Forts
hold out and buy time for reinforcements? Will Mordor risk the
Ringwraiths on peripheral actions or save their powers for the main
assault?

The event was first arranged through The Last Alliance website so apologies if it's old news to you, but I wanted to open it up to as many people as possible - we have plenty of slots available!
