Oh dear me. I had horrible flashbacks to a certain night in the chatroom a couple of years ago.

Your Willy is certainly a lot more interesting to look at.

Actually, that's astoundingly good. Such a dynamic pose and flippin' nicely painted too!

This is how William Wallace would have looked after he was knighted and appointed Guardian of Scotland.

I was a bit scared at first, but I gathered my courage and looked at the thread.

Very good! It's a very nice sculpt with a good paint job.
Really nice willy. The proportions of your willy are good, and so are the colours. I would like to see more of your willys.

Phew thats a relief, didn't know whether to look at this or not

Very nice job, love it. If only William Wallace had been knighted, if the histories true he would have been one hell of a leader and fighter

?

He was knighted, by Robert the Bruce at Scone. He was appointed joint Guardian of Scotland with Andrew Moray, which in the absence of King John who was in exhile in France, was the highest position in the country. He and Moray lead the Scottish Army and after Moray was mortally wounded at Stirling, it's Wallace's seal that appears on documents of the time. He made many journeys to France and Italy to see the Pope and the King of France to make alliances. On one such journey his ship was attacked by a pirate vessel - Wallace boarded the pirate ship and slaughtered the crew.

Wallace vs Aragorn? - so long ranger-boy. Wallace was about as heroic and fierce as they come.

Well that just goes to show why you shouldn't watch films and then try and remember history

In fairness, The Bruce does Knight Wallace in the movie and they call him 'Sir William'.

When I first saw the title of the post I thought we were getting hit by a spammer, but then glanced over at the author and saw it was you and thought, what is Bob on about?

Very cool miniature!
Excellent sculpt, fantastic paint job! A model that will make it into my collection with my next order!

Ebob: Sculpting-Master and Double-Entendre Doctor (Oooh Matron!)

A fantastic pose, very dynamic in a brutal, uncompromising fashion. And a super paintjob too!

I have been contemplating every comic reference in the book folks, but I do not want to get banned/reprimanded so I will just sit here, sniggering.

Is the lion on his surcoat and shield sculpted on, or did you paint that free-hand? Either way, its really well done!

Dag, the lion on the shield is sculpted, but the lion on his chest is not.
