It went much the same as the book the gate was breached. Some of the walls fell to storm but the towers and the inside ring defenses held until Rohan swept the field.

The gate was breached but the gate towers held. A counter attack kept the enemy in check. They could not bring up the rams and ladders to continue the storm. Moral broke in some of the towers but with out rams the evil player could not force the way in.

You can see that some of the units were very small.If they were forced to take a moral check and failed it would be very unlikely they would recover. They could go inside and lock the door so they were not auto destroyed.

I need to make sure there are enough stairs , ladders, doors, and arrow slits for the next game-- they do make a difference.

I am going to have to put this on the back burner till my leg gets better. I have a 40K big project to finish and lots to paint .
