I'm not sure what colour uruk-hai blood is so i left it for now

Boromir looks very good and the weathering worked well on the shield. I think that cape might need a little work on, are there any highlights on it? Can't really see because of the light. The Uruk head is a nice (or grueseome) touch, although this certain model is when he was holding of Osgiliath so it would be more likely to be an orc head - but no worries. Uruk-hai blood if I remember was a very deep red, almost brown. Good work, look forward to seeing some more progress.

Drum

I could be wrong but I thought all Orc blood was jet black..are the Uruks differant because they were originally a half breed? If you go black you could use Chaos black and hit it with some glossy ardcoat to make it look wet... I might change the red. I only try to use spot colors like that in a triangular pattern on a figure, just balances it better than having just red in the lower half of the body.

Thanks for the comments i think i might redo the cape as it does not look that good might change the colour. i also only have goblin and uruk-hai bits i might also change the base to an osgiliath style base and maybe try and search for some broken orcs on ebay.
