Am i right in thinking that Khandish Mercanaries can be used by both good and evil army lists as they are mercanaries? I'm not too sure on this one, but one of my friends thought so.

Also, when rolling to see if a Mercanary will turn up to the battle is it;

A) A 1 or 2 means he has lent his services elsewhere and cannot be used.

B) Only a 1 means the above.

None of the Good armies have Khand as a legal ally, so you couldn't use them that way.

Only on a "1" do they not show up.
