Great guide Lauri. I feel a lot more confident about trying the technique. Thanks for the tips

At last the master is giving up his tricks.
Still not going to help me however. :)

Very simply done Lauri, maybe, just maybe, I will try this noww. You make it seem very easy.

Its a great debut article Lauri, well done. I will actually give it a go myself I hope, but there's no way I could ever achieve the results you have mastered.

I remember when I wondered whether those Easterling halberds were NMM or not. That should describe how well you succeeded... ;) Your NMM is among the most realistic techniques I've seen.

If I'm ever going to try NMM technique, I will follow this guide. Absolutely fantastic advice.

Fantastic article Peregrin!! Now that I can follow a guide I can try to re-apply myself to these techniques and give NMM a go again.

Now I might try it too. Actually, I'm quite sure of it!
Especially a NMM sword is what I would like to try, all the other stuff looks still too difficult for my skills.

Many thanks Lauri, a huge 10 points are deserved!

At long last we have an article by the famous Mr Peregrin Took !!!

The article is excellent Lauri and gives a great incite to the basics of NMM. Extremely well presented and the finished product is simply exceptional !

'Not that difficult' you say...LMAO !

Brilliant mate, I would honestly love to see you do a 'step - by - step' painting guide...please !...Pretty please !!!

Great article mate, well done, it will inspire me to try the techinique on minis for some dioramas that I have planned. I am not too bothered about using this technique on normal gaming mini's though due to the time involved for each model.

Great article you make it sound alot easier than it is but the methodology is clear concise and simple and should be of great benefit to anyone trying to understand the technique.

Your way to explain things really makes it look like easy...

Have to try that sometime!

WOW!

thanks a lot- awesome article... I've been trying to do some nmm miniatures for quite some time now (you can see a few of them in my gallery) but I was never quite as happy as I'd like to be with the results. Your article helped me to understand a little bit more about the technique! Maybe someday I'll get it down...
