Hi guys.

I have not played WotR in some time, which is a shame because it's easily one of the best wargames ever put together. (I was working at GW when it was released.) I am looking at starting playing again, but my LotR collection has been reduced down to a fraction of what it was.

Has anyone put together lists for historical periods, such as Dark Age/Viking, Crusades, Roman Empire, etc.?

Cheers!

not heard of any mate, but a good idea ; i love 'adapting' the rulesets or creating my own profiles (my fave was the original 'warhammer quest') ; check out the Perry brothers miniature site or copplestone castings for the miniatures :)

I'm mostly looking at Footsore and Gripping beast. I want to do Arthurian (Romano-British) and Early Saxon forces.
