Great work paul, I think though you need a touch of shading in the areas between the legs and belly.

Thanks for all the encouragement guys, the camera is on my phone and not brilliant, in real life the fur colour is a lot better with shading, cheers Mally. I need to get a proper camera sometime.

Garmenhord - i like that idea, will do that.

Randy - thanks, still watching your site, like the Warg Rider

Very nice work on Beorn. The excellent base really sets it off. A frozen with fear orc/goblin would add a great touch.

Did you have difficulty with the eyes or is it the sculpt ?

Bit of both Mally, this figures face is tricky and took awhile until i was happy with it.

Beautiful fell wargs there.
I love what you've done with the bases too.

Looks very nice. I like the muted colour scheme. The face looks a little pinkish, but that might be because of the effort he's putting in blowing that horn!? Are the eyes closed on this model? I can't pick that out. The base is fantastic.

Thanks Edge, i will do a bit more work on the flesh tone, i did rosey cheeks as he is blowing the horn but think the other areas need lightening. The eyes look close on the model with slits as eye lids.

Cheers Mally, i paint on an Ikeas 2ft square coffee table in the living room, its that or Mrs.Harfoot would never see me! I remember there used to be a thread of pictures of peoples work areas, might thy and find it, Anyone know where its is?

Agree with liking the muted colours. Would like to see more photos of this one for sure. Looks real good though.
