What time does it finish on Sunday? Because trains aren't that expensive, looking at them... could get there and back for a tenner depending on when I leave...

Can't afford to buy the rulebook/ticket/accomodation for the tournament though.

well myself and muppet will defo be there. Gondorian captain may be - not sure what his work plans are yet, Knighty should be if he can sort out his train ticket.

S'alright, there'll be plenty of rulebooks around to have a flick through and read.

Seems I was completely wrong. It finishes at 4.30 on the sunday as there are only 2 rounds that day. Normally there are 3. Link to the event pack.

The event pack says ceremony done by 4:30 for the two-day ones... which means it would be only a tenner for travel, thirty quid for two nights at a youth/backpackers hostel, and then sixty quid for the thing itself... the whole shabang for 100... tempting.

Also consider posting on here where you are staying and asking if people are driving near there who can drop you off saturday evening n pick up Sunday morning.
There will be a fair few half empty cars.

How's the painting going? I've got 7 models left to finish, desperately trying to grab a few hours here and there in the evenings this week!

Anyhoo, there seem to be 5 of us going and I thought it might be nice to put a few faces to the names on here over the weekend, perhaps over a beer.

At home having a sick day after getting home yesterday and being sick, spending the night with a fever, waking up with a massive migraine.

Apparently a few people were ill afterwards yesterday so I wonder what that was about
