OK - first apologies - this battle happened 2 weeks ago and I have struggled to find the time to write it up, so opted to just post loads of images - it is a follow up to the previous battle where Mordor beat Gondor, this time Gondor seeks revenge. If I get time I will write up a proper battle report (however we played Angmar v Arnor today and I want to get the photos up for that too!)

Click on this link and see if they get it!

Thanks for sharing. I think my favourite figure was the Shaman with his ghostly green colour scheme (despite his poor showing apparently).

Good game Leonardis, looked good, not seen much SBG from you, only its once bigger, cousin. Nice pics, interesting that a man destined to die is the only Good survivor. I too liked the look of the poor, ineffective Shaman.

Thanks guys, my passion is WotR but some of the club members used to play SBG so we are playing a few games and will do the journey book after the summer. I still love WotR but struggle to find an opponent, even I they do use my figures! Still SBG is fun and a mix of the two will make for some interesting gaming of the next year... Just have to wait and see what happens with the Hobbit!

If your using a shaman whack him in the middle of your orcs and cast the fury spell, that's pretty much all they do. Wraiths are a bit more complex, nonetheless good report!

Thanks for the advice! I need to actually sit down and read the rules instead of relying in Craig, but I have an important exam I am studying for and can't afford the time! That's also why I haven't paint anymore figures recently! Still I am sure I can pick it all up as we go...
I might even try to fit in a WotR battle in :-)
