Here's my proof pic. To paint him, I'm going to be using a variety of bright colours, something I've never really tried before. I hope it works...

Well, here's my proof pics - I'm going to try and paint up 3 Gimlis - since I have the models, I'd like to have him looking consistent when they're finished, so it's as much about actually getting some stuff finished for me as anything else.

The duplicate one on the side is for my wife - she's going to (hopefully) participate as well. I picked up an extra one and stripped it so she can paint it as well (did that with several of the Fellowship).

Good to have another couple of entrants :)

Motivation to get something done and the community involvement is the main aim of the challenge so good luck getting them finished! 8)

I will ask at the end though if you could pick which of the three you would like to count as your entry for the voting at the end. Painting multiple is fine, but there can only be the one in the final poll (as well as one for your wife of course).

Nice work so far garmenhord. Would me saying your entry does not count unless you've done X amount of studying per week help? :P

Hehe. Well... the quicker you get the mini finished, the more time you have to (not) study ;)

It's excellent to see so many people participating this month. If everybody who has posted a proof picture or has said they are entering finishes their entry we will have beaten the record for most participants in one challenge!
