I agree with DMS, your painting is definitely improving. Though I think it would look even better if the axe handle was a similar colour to the pouch on his belt instead.

Wow Garmenhord, I haven't checked this log for a while and certainly must say that you have improved a tremendous amount. The sculpted dwarf is excellent in my opinion, and your colour choice has improved a lot as well (glad your staying away from that bright yellow :P).
Anyway's carry on with the great work and good luck with future projects,

Cyndra the Grey

I agree with Cyndra the Grey...you did a great job on the sculpting and the paint job is looking good! :)
All I'd recommend is that when you photograph your models try to use a neutral background so it is easy to see the coloring of your model better.

He looks very nice, but the green tone to his skin looks like he might have gotten hold of some bad sushi.
I really like his eye!! :)

Ty, I was lucky with the eye. The green is because i use rotting flesh.. still didn't buy any normal flesh :-D I don't see it's green so i don't bother.

I am half tempted to send you a bottle of flesh paint, but we aren't allowed to mail liquids in the USA and I'm not sure paint is considered a liquid to the USPS. :)
