I hope they release some new good rohan heroes but there is a good change if you look to the latest release that the dwimmerlaik wil be a ringwraith in rohan armour with some power gaming special rules. But we wil see in march if we got new rohan stuf.

Well, we're certainly getting Rohan stuff judging by the blurb in WD. They could hardly justify calling a new Nazgul a "benefit" for Rohan players. It says that Rohan will get new miniatures.

anything adding veriety to rohan or isenguard is good in my mind, so unless its mylittle pony im ok with a release of anykind.
