Friendly and responsible, Jake is a respectable trader. He executed his part of the trade perfectly, considering it's his first time. Not only did he inform me of some pieces that could potentially be problematic, he offered a refund of the Uruks if anything arrived broken or missing. Luckily for both of us, no such thing happened, and everything arrived spotless
