Based on some earlier tips, here's what I have painted so far:

20 Uruk Warriors (plastic boxed set)
6 Metal Uruk Warriors (LOTR)
5 Warg Riders
3 Wildmen
Saruman or Lurtz as my hero
1 Orc Command blister
6 Uruk Bowmen
3 Uruk Crossbowmen

Unpainted:
Box of Mordor Orcs

I know I'm over 500 pts., but I wanted to list what I have. Now, my question is, I want to eventually get the entire Isengard Uruk/Orc collection so the scenarios don't really matter. But what should be my next purchase and which one is fun to paint and/or put together?

-Siege Troops boxed set
-Siege Ballista
-Grima
-Uruk Shaman
-Battering Ram

Also, I'm not too impressed with the plastic Mordor Orcs. Should I get some metal Orcs from LOTR?

Thanks. I know I have a lot of questions in here. This hobby rules!!!!

The battering ram and Uruk shaman are both fun and easy to paint giving great results. I would recommend those, but then again the siege troops are also quite nice figures...

Ben.

If you are actually going to play games then i would buy the siege balista.

Ugluk and his cronies carried pippin and merry all that way, forcing the three hunters to chase after them

That was like.. 6 years ago.

Anyways, for me it is Lurtz, he always had something about him,
and he was the first Isengard Uruk.

I'll keep my mouth shut about the posting thing,
but I wondered, did a hero have to kill some special person?
