Since the new GW site, all profiles are on the site, why can't we post profiles then?

Actually, I believe that you are allowed to post profiles, as long as you don't post the points costs.

I am a little unsure of this, but I can't find it anywhere in the Terms and Conditions..

It is covered in the section 'What you can do and what you cannot do with GW's IP" on their website (follow Hithero's link).

The publication of official profiles on non-GW website's devalues their Intellectual Property and so is likely to result in GW taking action (they have a legal obligation to protect their IP and trademarks, otherwise they risk losing them).

If GW were to take legal action, they would come after me and Brian first since we administer the place. It's a headache we can do without, so we have a blanket policy of 'no official profiles.'
