Great work everyone, its a really hard choice, in the end I chose Acasualdream, he did great work on the skin and fur. But Really I'm not lying when I say I had to really think about who I wanted to give my vote to.

My vote went to Green dragon, nice beard and skin tone :yay:

Well done to all though! Some really superb entries this month and it took a long time deciding which one to vote for. These painting challenges are certainly getting better :yay:

My vote is going to Axelvonbremen, however, he was about neck and neck with sid's ori and green dragon's balin.
I found balin's coat a bit to light for my liking (I would have liked it better with a Nuln Oil or Agrax Earthshade wash.)
Could see nothing wrong at all with Ori and don't get me wrong here, I loved him, However, I love the attention to detail and the different shades of fur on thorin's coat, so my vote goes for him.

Twas between Green dragon and Sid... I went Greenie becaues I often vote Sid.
Love the simplicity in the general paint job but attention to detail on the face.

Green Dragon your base is fantastic!
I went for Sid's in the end though as it was an overall great looking figure, especially the bag and freehand stripes!

Wow thanks for the votes guys, I called it a week or so ago and it looks like I could be right. Sid your Ori is excellent and a worthy winner if it does get up. It's got my vote, the figure is excellent overall but special mention has to go to the highlights on the green and bag, the freehand and also the stunning eyes.

Special mention also must go to Legolas31 that in my opinion is one of your finest pieces so far and was very close to getting my vote. Keep up the great work.

I was goiing to go for Sid's Ori which I think is realy good and would be second, but in the end I went for southerndunedain because that Oin just looks so Oinish.

Well done all :yay:

Everyone did a bang-up job, you should all be proud. I just had to vote for Sid though, that Ori has Adam Brown's cheeky grin down pat.

Difficult one to choose again, but Sid's Ori got my vote.

Arrgh...so hard to pick again. Great work everyone. For me it was between Sid and Green D. Sid got it by a nose (luckily Ori has a big nose!). Really captured the character.

Lovely minis folks - very well painted. And a pretty high standard of photography as well which makes things easier to judge.
